Definition and identification
For the purposes of these terms of use, the terms "VLstack", "we", "us", "our" or "the publisher" refer to Laurent Vilday, acting as an independent publisher under the business name VLstack (hereinafter referred to as "the publisher" or "VLstack")

The Yumeo application is provided for personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to use the application for illegal or unauthorized purposes. You must not, without the express permission of VLstack:

- Use the application in a manner that could harm, disable, overload or impair VLstack servers or interfere with other users use.

In-app purchases and subscriptions
The Yumeo app offers in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
Right of withdrawal and refunds
According to Apple's policies, in-app purchases and subscriptions are handled directly by Apple. For any claim or refund request, please contact Apple App Store support.
Features unlocked through a subscription or a one-time purchase are available as long as the subscription is active or, for permanent unlocks, as long as the app is installed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that in-app purchases are made intentionally. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made by mistake or by a third party using your Apple ID account.
VLstack strives to ensure that the application works correctly and that its content is accurate. However, VLstack cannot guarantee that the application will be error-free or malfunction-free, nor that the content is complete and accurate. In no event shall VLstack be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the application or the inability to use the application.
Modifications of terms of use
VLstack reserves the right to modify these terms of use at any time. Changes will be published in the application and on the associated website. Suspension and termination
